Well, that was a shame! 
The car sale on eBay wasn't successful. I don't easily get down in the dumps, but I was a bit blue for a day or so. Oh well...I'll try something else next.
Sorry I've been away so long. To be honest, I don't think I'm going to be able to post much henceforth. I'm sorry to disappoint, and if any of you feel like pulling the plug or discarding me on the next cleanup I'll understand. It's fair to say though that the act of living life is more important than writing it down. Naaahh! That's just rubbish really. Just that in spite of my iron-tough principles of family-over-work, I have been sucked into a maelstrom of chaos and nonsense where I'm posted...and I think it's only just begun. With the days squeezed that little bit tighter at either end, it's the blogging that has to give.
Another irritation right now is that I lost my glasses 3 weeks ago, thought I left them on the train, but they never did show up in lost property. Damn! Luckily I'm not blind without them...but it sure would help if I could get them back.
